Customer experience

Here’s what it looks like to take an idea through a guided build with Create Don’t Consume.

Your business. Focused working sessions. A clear next step.

  1. Bring your idea.

Start with a free 30-minute conversation with our intro team. Tell us what you want to build, who it’s for, and where you’re starting. We’ll talk through the help you need and whether a guided build fits.

What comes next: A practical next step for your idea.

  2. Define the first version.

Meet a developer or founder whose experience fits your project. Together, decide what the first version needs to do, what can wait, and who will do what. Agree on the scope, schedule, and fee before the build begins.

What comes next: A clear build plan and an agreed goal.

  3. Work on it together.

Your sessions center on the actual business. You might shape the offer, build the website or product, connect payments, or work through the first customer journey. Your builder works alongside you, explains decisions, and helps resolve the next problem.

Between sessions, you each work on the tasks you’ve agreed. Progress and next steps stay in one shared build plan.

What comes next: Saved work, clear decisions, and the next milestone.

  4. Get the first version out.

For a full build, work toward releasing the agreed first version. Check the essential customer journey and plan how to put it in front of potential users. Use what you hear to decide what needs attention next.

A focused sprint covers one agreed milestone within this process.

What comes next: The agreed release or milestone, with a clear next action.

  5. Know how to keep going.

Work through the systems you’ll use to operate what you’ve built. Understand the main customer flow, how to make routine changes, and what needs attention after the build ends.

What comes next: Control of your agreed project assets, an operating walkthrough, and your next steps.

Inside a working session

  1. Start with one concrete task.

  2. Work on the real project together.

  3. Check and save the progress.

  4. Agree on what happens next.

Some sessions may focus on an offer or customer flow; others may focus on building or testing. The work follows what your project needs.

What you keep

The work is for your own business. You keep the agreed project assets and control of the relevant accounts, along with the understanding to use them. Your build plan sets out what’s included.

Before you begin

Guided builds are paid. Your scope, schedule, and fee are agreed before you decide to begin. The introductory call is free.
