This Privacy Policy explains how Create Don’t Consume (“CDC,” “we,” or “us”) collects and handles personal information when you visit our website, contact us, book an introductory call, or join the San Francisco Build Out interest list.
Information we collect
Contact and booking information. Information you provide when contacting us or scheduling a call, including your contact details and information about your project.
SF Build Out signups. Your email address, signup date, signup source, and a record of your consent. You may also choose to provide your city and what you would like to build. These additional details are optional.
Technical information. Our hosting provider processes request information, including IP addresses, to deliver and protect the website. We also use temporary identifiers derived from IP addresses and email addresses to prevent repeated or abusive form submissions.
How we use your information
We use contact and booking information to respond to enquiries, prepare for introductory calls, and follow up about those conversations.
SF Build Out information is used to administer the interest list and provide updates about the proposed event. Joining this list does not subscribe you to other mailing lists.
Technical information is used to operate the website and protect it against abuse.
Service providers
We use Vercel for website hosting, Neon for signup storage, Calendly for appointment scheduling, and Google for email and video calls. These providers process information in connection with delivering their services. Booking information submitted through Calendly is also subject to Calendly’s privacy policy (opens in a new tab).
We do not sell personal information or provide the SF Build Out list to third parties for their own marketing.
Retention and your choices
We retain SF Build Out signup information while you remain on the interest list. You may request removal and deletion of your signup details and optional responses at any time using the contact address below.
Temporary records used to prevent form abuse are deleted automatically once they are more than a day old, the next time the form is used.
Website technologies and security
CDC does not currently use website analytics, advertising trackers, or cookies of its own. External services you visit through our links have their own privacy and cookie practices.
Access to stored signup information is restricted to authorized personnel and the service providers supporting its operation.
