More people
building companies.
We’re building toward a venture studio marketplace: paid guided builds, a network of experienced builders, and long-term participation in selected founder-led businesses.
Paid builds.
Founder ownership.
Today, CDC offers paid, scoped guided work. Founders take part in building their own businesses, learn to operate them, and keep control of the agreed assets and relevant accounts.
Experienced people.
Shared ways of working.
The model brings together creator distribution, qualification, builder matching, delivery standards, and handover. The goal is to make the work repeatable as the network expands.
Grow alongside
selected founders.
We intend to support selected businesses with growth experiments, distribution, operators, and introductions. In return, CDC could receive a small revenue share or a separately negotiated non-voting equity stake. Buying a build gives CDC neither: support and participation terms would be agreed separately.
A shared beginning.
Independent businesses.
The ambition is an incubator for individuals: more people able to turn useful ideas into businesses they understand and control. Paid builds provide an initial revenue stream; selective studio participation could create long-term portfolio value.
Delivery begins digitally. Local build sessions and founder communities can extend that work as demand develops.
